Rachel Rabin-Yaakov, Yitzhak Rabin's sister, Galilee settlement figure, dies at 101

She was born in Tel Aviv in 1925, the daughter of Rosa and Nehemiah Rabin, and the younger sister of Yitzhak Rabin, who was three years older than her.
