French prosecutors have launched an investigation into Elon Musk’s Grok AI after it published alleged antisemitic and Holocaust denial comments, following complaints filed by human rights groups.

There were more than 19,500 reports of issues with the social media platform, as of 10:51 a.m. ET, according to specialized Downdetector.

This was the second major internet disruption of 2025, following the October malfunction of Amazon's cloud services unit, AWS.

Musk's company argued that New York's law unconstitutionally exposed it to lawsuits and big fines unless it disclosed "highly sensitive and controversial speech" that the state found objectionable.

Tsurkov wrote in English, Arabic, and Hebrew on her X/Twitter account to thank those who helped secure her release.

The research identified 679,584 antisemitic posts between February 1, 2024 and January 31, 2025, which combined were viewed 193 million times.

The false rumor began circulating on social media on Friday, when different accounts started to point out the lack of footage that official government accounts were releasing of Trump.

The Indonesian government urged TikTok and Meta to raise the moderation of harmful content, including disinformation, that is spread on their platforms.

This came days after UN Watch submitted a legal appeal to the owner of X, Elon Musk. The appeal called on the company to remove Albanese's check mark following her designation under US sanctions.

Naomi Mestrum, director of the Center for Information and Documentation on Israel (CIDI), told De Telegraaf that if Chait-Said is behind the accounts, she will be “severely punished.”
