Terrorists attempting to flee through underground tunnels were captured or eliminated as Hamas delays return of hostage remains and continue to issue threats regarding ceasefire.

The IDF intercepted 17 Hamas terrorists fleeing Rafah tunnels, killing 11 and arresting six, as an observation officer described how her unit led the detection and targeting effort.

The US-backed International Stabilization Force will be authorized to disarm Gaza's military infrastructure. Turkey says its main expectation is for the force to guarantee the ceasefire holds.

The IDF assessed that the four Gazans they identified are part of the approximately 200 terrorists that remain in the “terror pocket” in Rafah.
