Old Dominion shooting victim identified as US Army veteran Lt. Col. Brandon Shah

The victim was identified as Lt. Col. Brandon Shah, killed after an IS-connected terrorist opened fire inside an Old Dominion University classroom, killing Shah and injuring two others.
