The Eurovision Fun website reported that Spain’s public broadcaster, RTVE, had announced it would not air the song contest for the first time since the country began participating in 1961.

The Budapest event, held at the Open Doors Hungary office and organized by Tariq El Tahrir and the Uncivilized Book Club, described Barghouti in promotional materials as a "symbol of resistance."

Due to the warm climate, researchers only managed to extract usable DNA from the remains of one of the men, estimated to have been around 45-years-old, called Menga1. 

“Together with my committed team, I have reopened today the Spanish Embassy in Tehran in order to join in efforts for peace from every possible quarter,” the Spanish Ambassador to Iran said.

The group also urged the Vatican to reconsider what it described as one-sided criticism of Israel and to take steps to prevent similar incidents globally. 

Relations with Europe began deteriorating when the current Israeli government, led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, was sworn in as Israel’s most far-right coalition ever.

The 39 vessels departing from Moll de la Fusta Port on Sunday would not be sailing directly to Gaza due to weather conditions and would instead travel to another port.

The move comes after Spain was expelled from the US CMCC in Kiryat Gat due to “obsessive anti-Israel bias.”

Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar noted that the move was carried out in coordination with the United States.
