With an unprecedented $200 million donation from the Koum Family Foundation, SZMC will build a huge 800-bed hospitalization tower over the next six years and fill the entire space within a decade.

According to ZOOOZ CEO Shlomi Turgeman, philanthropic donations made by Israel’s public companies totaled approximately NIS 800 million in 2025, representing only 10% of all charitable donations.

The donation will fund the construction of a new medical tower at the hospital and will lead to the official renaming of the institution as Koum Shaare Zedek Medical Center.
