The Israeli food giant has for years treated the holiday more as an opportunity than as a limitation. From this perspective, the kosher for Passover requirements are hardly felt by it.
Thus, Osem’s collection of adapted products is wide and diverse, and above all constantly renewing. This time, gluten-free ptitim have also joined the Passover staples, based on corn and rice flour, an excellent self-rising flour of its kind, dedicated baking mixes for rolls and cookies, and also teriyaki sauce for whatever jumps off the stove during these days.
