Yemen conflict displaces 112,000 people inside country, thousands flee to Djibouti, UN agency says

The UN described the new fighting as a crisis layered atop Yemen’s long-running humanitarian emergency.

"Humanitarian access remains a major challenge. Insecurity, damaged roads, telecommunications disruptions and movement restrictions are affecting operations," UNHCR said in a statement.
