Police arrested six Israeli settlers amid the evacuation of a West Bank outpost near Susiya in the southern Hebron Hills, according to the Honenu legal aid organization.
Honenu added that several settlers were injured during the evacuation, citing resident reports of rubber bullets and other crowd control measures being deployed by police.
According to the organization, footage of the incident shows Border Police officers beating several suspects.
The announcement by Honenu follows Palestinian reports cited by N12 News earlier on Wednesday that extremist Israeli settlers attacked a Palestinian home and set a vehicle on fire in the West Bank village of Deir Nizam near Ramallah.
Footage of the alleged incident published by N12 shows people attempting to put out the vehicle fire following the attack.
Following the settler attack, five people were injured in a Palestinian stone-throwing attack near Sebastia in the West Bank, according to Magen David Adom.
A 25-year-old man with a moderate head injury was evacuated to Beilinson Hospital, MDA said, with the other four victims being treated on scene in minor condition.
According to United Hatzalah, dozens of attackers were involved in the Sabastia incident, with the IDF later announcing that a confrontation developed between the Palestinian attackers and nearby Israeli civilians following the attack.
According to the IDF, one of the Israeli civilians opened fire as the injured civilian was being evacuated, with a member of the security personnel opening fire as well.
The military further noted that a terrorist was neutralized after running towards an IDF commander carrying a susopicous object.
Several of the rock-throwing suspects were arrested following the incident, which remains under review.
