The new floor includes Berta, a chef's restaurant by Yossi Shitrit, offering modern Italian cuisine with wood-fired and open-flame dishes. It is joined by Jagger, Chouka, Teabar, and McDonald’s.
The new restaurants will operate alongside existing dining venues at the mall, including Grand Cafe Turquise, Cafe Albert, Factory 54 Cafe, Landwer, Green Cafe, and Arcaffe. Israeli confectionery chain Sweetime has also opened a location on the new level.
The floor includes a 250-square-meter rooftop with wood decking, planned to host a wine bar, launches, workshops, and private events.
To mark the opening, the mall is hosting Chips Cake, a dessert pop-up by chef Yossi Shitrit and content creator Omer Levi, from April 29 to May 1. The pop-up is inspired by the “Dubai Chocolate” trend and features a green-and-pink design with gold accents.
The opening follows the relocation of the mall’s food court from the second floor, allowing the mall to add more upscale retail tenants. The move has supported the opening of a 2,000-square-meter Factory 54 flagship, SKIMS’ first Israeli flagship, COS, Zara Home, Shemo Bakery, Femina, and a renovated Itay Brands store.
The new phase follows earlier upgrades at the mall, which The Jerusalem Post reported included renovation work, international brand openings, and construction of the third floor. JPost has also reported on Ofer Ramat Aviv’s online mall launch, Ofer Malls’ flagship retail strategy, and international fashion retailers eyeing Israel.
David Ben Moshe, CEO of Ofer Ramat Aviv Mall, said the mall was working to “bridge the gap between international premium labels and high-quality local artistry.”
“Melisron maintains its leadership in the retail sector through strategic investment and constant innovation,” Omer Ogolnik, CEO of Ofer Malls, said, adding that the investment was intended to keep Ofer Ramat Aviv “at the forefront of international shopping and leisure standards.”
