The am:pm chain continues to deepen its “urban community pantry” strategy and is now expanding its offering into the meat category as well. As part of a collaboration with the Meat Market M25 brand, the chain will, for the first time, offer a premium butcher shop within its stores, in an accessible and fast Grab&Go format.

The move, set to launch ahead of Independence Day, includes the rollout of dedicated freezers under the new brand across all chain branches. At am:pm, the company also emphasizes that the move is part of a broader transformation of the shopping experience, aiming to turn each store into a true “pantry” for the urban customer.

The new concept offers a combination of everyday retail and butcher-level meat products, with a wide variety of ready-to-cook items. The products offered will include kebabs, hamburgers, and various premium sausages, alongside cuts such as entrecôte, Denver, and minute Delmonico, as well as beef strips for stir-frying.

In addition, chicken cuts in various marinades will also be offered, including herb-marinated thighs, Mediterranean barbecue wings, smoked drumsticks, Cantonese char siu chicken fillet, and chicken breast medallions with sumac.

Yaron Kestenboum and Yaniv Bar-Nur from Meat Market M25 stated that the collaboration is intended to make high-quality meat products accessible to the urban consumer in a simple and convenient format suited to everyday routines, from midweek meals to weekend hosting. According to them, the goal is to enable quick use of the products “without compromising on quality or culinary precision.”

At am:pm, they also emphasize that the move is part of a broader transformation of the shopping experience. “After the deli and wine department, expanding into the meat category is a natural continuation of how we create a complete urban shopping experience,” said the chain’s CEO, Shirel Hogeg. “The vision is to turn the store into a place where everything you need is close, available, and suited to the moment.”
