Egoz Hakfar’s gluten-free flour line (NIS 13.90–21.50) was launched for Passover and Chol Hamoed, but will work perfectly throughout the year for those who avoid gluten or are meticulous. It includes a very wide range of types and base ingredients, including almond flour, red lentil flour, chickpea flour, polenta flour, white rice flour, whole rice flour, and buckwheat flour, and works excellently both as a substitute and on its own – in pastries and cakes, in polenta pots, and in frying pans.
