I am not easily impressed by skincare products. After years of trials, I have learned to distinguish between marketing promises and results that last.
My skin, like that of many others, reacts to stress, lack of sleep and seasonal changes. Recently it has looked more tired, slightly dry and less even. I was looking for a product that would provide a true feeling of refreshment, not just momentary glow.
When ExoVive serum by Keren Bartov came into my hands, I was curious. Her name precedes her, and she is identified with visible results from the very first treatment.
The serum was originally developed for Bartov’s clients at the clinic, with the aim of preserving skin quality even between treatments and away from the red carpet.
The formula is based on next-generation exosome technology. These are tiny molecules that transfer messages between skin cells and support repair and renewal processes at the cellular level.
Alongside the exosomes, the serum includes ferulic acid for antioxidant protection, squalane to strengthen the moisture barrier, hyaluronic acid to boost hydration, vitamin E for nourishment and protection and a copper peptide complex to improve tone and vitality.
On paper it sounds impressive. The question was how it feels in practice.
Texture and feel
From the very first use I was surprised by the texture. The serum is lightweight, absorbs quickly and does not leave a greasy feeling.
I used it twice a day, morning and evening, before moisturizer. I did not experience irritation or redness, not even in more sensitive areas of the face.
One of the most noticeable things was the feeling that the skin drinks the material. Not a mask that sits on top, but something that blends inward.
The results after a few weeks
After about two weeks I noticed a change in texture. The skin felt smoother, less rough.
Later I also noticed an improvement in elasticity and evenness. The area on the cheeks that tends to look dry appeared more vital, and the overall tone was brighter and fresher.
This is not a dramatic overnight effect, but a cumulative improvement that feels natural.
The serum is suitable for all skin types, but in my view it is ideal for tired, dry or vitality-lacking skin, as well as for those who want to improve texture and early signs of aging.
It is not heavy and does not create buildup, and therefore can easily be integrated into an existing skincare routine.
After several weeks of use, I can say that this is one of the more impressive serums I have tried recently. It does not try to bypass the skin but to work with it, gradually and precisely.
