Ad 120, a senior-living network, announced on Sunday that it will build a longevity residential complex in Kiryat Motzkin at an investment of NIS 800 million, the company said. The project will include assisted-living apartments, retail and leisure areas, and a first-of-its-kind longevity center for seniors.
The complex is planned for the Mishkenot Omanim neighborhood and will span about 72,000 sq.m. It will feature two 13-story towers with 360 apartments, underground parking, and commercial space.
Apartments will be finished to a high standard, with landscaped areas, a central garden, and rooftop open spaces. Plans include sports halls, lounges, and community rooms.
‘Longevity’ center
According to the company, the center will offer supervised programs for the third age, including cognitive training, movement, and mindfulness. CEO Tomer Rosenberg said the new home will combine high-end apartments with a rich world of activities to strengthen body and mind and will be Israel’s first longevity center for seniors.
The site’s wellness facilities will include a fitness and spa complex, a heated indoor half-Olympic pool, a cinema and events hall, a restaurant, and convenience retail. Additional services will include a nursing department, recovery apartments, and clinics.
The project is slated for Mishkenot Omanim, on land formerly used by the Kurdani army camp, near schools and other public facilities. Kiryat Motzkin, part of the Krayot north of Haifa, combines established neighborhoods with new development and access to regional transport routes.
Ad 120 was founded in 1992 and operates homes in Hod Hasharon, Rishon Lezion, Kfar Saba, and Tel Aviv’s Ramat Hahayal, with additional projects planned in Modi’in and Kiryat Motzkin. The network is owned by Shapir Engineering and Industry and The Phoenix Holdings.
The company said the Kiryat Motzkin project will cover about 72,000 sq.m., offer 360 units and introduce Israel’s first longevity center for seniors.
