A man allegedly whipped London Jewish women with his belt on Sunday, according to the North and East London Shomrim and the Metropolitan Police, while reportedly hurling racial abuse against victims and first responders.
Francis Achile was charged with aggravated assault, two counts of assault by beating, racially aggravated harassment, and racially aggravated assault for an alleged assault against multiple orthodox Jewish women at a bus stop.
Shomrim volunteers were allegedly spat at by the sixty-four-year-old man, the Jewish neighborhood watch group said on X/Twitter.
Shomrim and the Met both said that they had responded within minutes to the incident. On Tuesday had met a Community Protection Team of 100 officers to ensure the protection of the capital's Jewish residents amid a rash of antisemitic incidents.
An east London man was charged on Sunday for an assault against three Jewish residents in Enfield on Saturday, the Metropolitan Police said.

Hornchurch resident Dylan Ossei was charged with assault, religiously aggravated assault, threatening behavior to cause fear, religiously aggravated harassment, and threatening behavior to cause harassment after he had allegedly harassed, threatened, and assaulted the Jewish community members.
