In the heart of the bustling city, Kata Group has begun construction on a new project in Tel Aviv to be called SQUARE TLV. Construction work began in recent weeks, and the company is now launching the marketing of the apartments as part of the "pre-sale." According to the company's reports, the expected revenue from the project is estimated at approximately NIS 800 million. The project is a 23-story residential tower containing 164 housing units, which will be built alongside 750 square meters of commercial space on the street level.
The planning includes approximately 1,098 housing units in total within the complex, alongside a park of about 13 thousand square meters, roughly 4,000 square meters of commercial space, and an educational campus that includes kindergartens and schools. The new neighborhood will reshape the city center of Tel Aviv and create a complete living environment that includes neighborhood commerce, educational institutions, cafes, daily services, and community spaces.
According to the company, apartment prices during the pre-sale phase start at NIS 41 thousand per square meter. Among others, the company offers two-room apartments with an area of 51 square meters + 8 square meters of balcony with a residential secure space (Mamad), at a price starting from NIS 2,945,000. The project includes three– to five-room apartments, mini-penthouse apartments, and penthouses. Four-room apartments, with an area of 100 square meters + 12 square meters of balcony, are offered for sale at a price starting from NIS 4,418,000.
Gil Kata, the company's founder and chairman of the board, stated: "The SQUARE TLV project marks another significant milestone for us in the company's growth and the expansion process we have been leading in recent years, which includes entering new markets, increasing the scope of activity, and strengthening our position as a leading player in the residential real estate sector in Israel. Alongside the project in Tel Aviv, we are currently marketing in 5 major cities that include Petah Tikva, Holon, Herzliya, and Ramat Gan."
"Alongside this, the company's entry into the stock exchange a few months ago constituted another important milestone in the group's development, granting us the ability to accelerate large-scale projects and expand our activity in key high-demand areas. We view SQUARE TLV as a direct expression of Kata Group's strategy for the coming years – continued growth, geographical expansion, and the development of high-quality projects in the heart of Israel's high-demand areas, while maintaining particularly high standards of planning and execution," the company's founder added.
The project, which was designed by Milbauer Architects, will include numerous leisure areas for its residents, including an urban rooftop, a residents' lounge, an advanced gym, and additional hotel-style experience complexes, Kata Group states.
The project is located at the strategic intersection of Derech Hashalom, Aliyat Hanoar, and Totzeret Haaretz streets, in the heart of Tel Aviv's developing business and cyber center, and in close proximity to the ToHa Towers, the Azrieli Mall, and the Sarona complex.
