After more than 40 years in the professional kitchen industry, the Nyga Chef company is currently inaugurates the new Nyga Chef House in the Emek Hefer Industrial Park – a huge complex spanning approximately 3,000 square meters that unites all company activities under one roof: An advanced logistics center, headquarters offices, showrooms, active kitchens for demonstrations, a professional cafe, and hospitality spaces for events and culinary workshops.

The move marks a new stage for the family company, which has been operating since 1974 and is considered one of the central players in the professional kitchen field in Israel – From hospitals and hotels to restaurants, food plants, and international high-tech companies.

The company, which is owned by Osnat and Eli Moskowitz, currently employs about 100 workers and operates in a full-envelope model: From the planning stage to delivery, installation, and technical service. The couple was also joined by their four children – Gilad, Yael, Talia, and Yuval – Who lead the next generation of the family business.

The new center includes active kitchens for professional demonstrations, hospitality areas for workshops and events of up to 200 participants, and display spaces that connect the professional kitchen world to the domestic world. According to the company, the idea was to create a place that combines technological innovation, a hospitality experience, and professional knowledge – Under one roof.

Among the company's clients over the years, one can find the hospitals Ichilov Medical Center and Sheba Medical Center, the hotel chains Isrotel, Fattal, and Dan Hotels, alongside leading restaurants such as Toto, Shila, and Claro. The company also operates opposite international companies like Intel, Apple, and Google.

According to Osnat and Eli Moskowitz, owners of the company, the new center expresses the evolution of Nyga Chef and the desire "to create a single roof that will centralize all the company's capabilities – Professional, technological, and experiential – While connecting family tradition to innovation."

Concurrently, the company shares that these days they are finishing the establishment of a large culinary center in Kibbutz Gonen in the Upper Galilee, and are also taking part in the Tamei Aviation project – El Al's aircraft food plant – Which is considered one of the largest aerial catering plants in the world and produces about 50 thousand meals a day.
