After the AI revolution in customer service and flight searches, the world of organized tours is now also entering the era of artificial intelligence: Kishrey Teufa Group announced a new collaboration with VibeTrip, under which it will implement a smart AI chat on its websites to help customers plan their vacation in a more tailored and intuitive way.

The new system will allow users to receive information, recommendations, and inspiration for trips through an artificial intelligence–based conversational interface, which will centralize itineraries, attractions, interactive maps, and personalized content for them – similar to the experience of conversing with a digital travel advisor.

In the first phase, the collaboration will focus on the field of organized tours, with the new chat providing information and guidance to customers on Kishrey Teufa's website and digital systems. Looking ahead, the company expects to expand the use of AI tools to the realms of smart search, matching vacation packages and flights, and upgrading the booking experience.

According to Nir Mazor, VP of Marketing at Kishrey Teufa, "Artificial intelligence is expected to be a significant growth engine in the tourism industry. The goal is to provide customers with a smarter, more precise, and more inspiring planning experience."

Roy Ben Yosef, Founder and CEO of VibeTrip, also commented on the collaboration, stating that the shared vision is "To change the way people plan and experience their vacation through AI and personalization."

The move joins a broader trend in the global tourism industry, where more and more companies are integrating artificial intelligence tools into search, booking, and customer service processes – in an attempt to make the vacation planning experience faster, more personalized, and more accessible.
